| 1. MINIMUM ORDER |
From the sample we could send by sharing a container (LCL) or alternatively by airfreight. For the first order/trial order, the minimum order is 1x20 Ft container but after that, we preferred a minimum purchases order is 1x40' Std container. WE prefer to mix furniture order and take full advantageof the container space. |

| 2. DELIVERY TIME |
For 1x20' Ft Container : 30 days after confirmed order
For 1x40' Ft Container : 45 days after confirmed order |

| 3. PYMENT TERMS |
All payment should be made in USD / EURO or a currency converter. We give the following option of the payment :
a. Telegrafic Transfer
Down payment 40 %, the balance after shipment when the Bill Of Loading Faxed
b. Letter of Credit (L/C)
Irrevocable L/C at sight 100% |

Our standard packing is by corrugated paper (Single Face) and Medium paper and if would like to packing by box, we will add each price with the cost of the box per pcs. |
